Hello, I'm Dr. Sternberg
Everyone is doing the best they can with what they’ve learned. But sometimes, the ways we’ve learned to cope no longer work for us. I will help you identify, challenge, and rework your thought and behavior patterns, developing new perspectives and fostering growth. Together we’ll look at both the strengths and limitations you experience in your life. Therapy with me is practical, compassionate, and focused on helping you make real, lasting changes.
