Hello, I'm Angeles

Sometimes, stress or life events happen that derail us from our goals and journeys. In therapy with me, we will reflect on your strengths and approach challenges with mindfulness and self-awareness. By developing insight into your relationships and behaviors, you will be better-equipped to return to those goals and your journey. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, from young children to adults, as well as veterans and families.
